OUR PROVIDERS
Scarlett Custer, DO, age 72, raised five children she birthed herself and is involved with loving many others. She and her husband are temple recommend carrying members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and teach the children. Dr. Custer views practicing medicine as nothing more than an extension of her mothering. She has served in many rural ERs in the Midwest over her 20 + year medical career. She currently works 36 hour shifts in Hugo, OK.To maintain her own health and help others she believes everything we put in our mouths should be good for our bodies and everything that comes out of our mouths should be good for the people listening.

Kalli Wolf, APRN, CNM, FNP-C is a certified nurse-midwife and family nurse practitioner. She attended nursing school at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University. Her clinical experience includes family practice, urgent care, and obstetrics and gynecology. She also performs forensic nursing exams for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence through YWCA Oklahoma City. Her interests outside of work include foreign languages and science fiction. She and her husband are the proud parents of three beautiful rescue dogs.
Kalli Wolf APRN
Hassan Karim PA-C graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's in Health and Exercise Science. PA Karim received his Masters of Health Science in Physician Associate at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2013. He has worked in Cardiothoracic Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Urgent Care for over 7 years. He is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. He is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. His interests are playing basketball and baking.
